Introduction to Inbred Line Collaboration
The variety rights holder grants authorization to Fresh. Fresh is responsible for identifying unauthorized users, collecting royalties for the use of inbred lines, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the variety rights holder.

Introduction to Corn Varieties
1. Approved Varieties: Fresh has signed strategic agreements with over 20 companies, including Longping High-Tech, granting them priority access to commercialize these varieties.
2. Unapproved Varieties: Fresh has joined several consortia for trial cultivation, and multiple sweet corn varieties have already been approved.
Once varieties are approved, Fresh transfers the approved varieties to enterprises for commercial production and operation.

Introduction to Fruit Variety Collaboration: By leveraging plant variety rights, geographical indications, trademarks, and design patents, we protect exclusively cultivated varieties. The protection period for vine plants is 25 years, enabling sustained and stable returns across all stages of the supply chain—particularly for growers—thereby addressing the issue of significant price volatility in specialty agricultural products.
Relying on its intellectual property protection system, Fresh utilizes the “One Village, One Product” model to achieve a three-pronged enhancement of variety, quality, and brand, driving the development of specialty industries. By linking high-quality varieties with geographical indications to create regional public brands, the company has successfully implemented this approach in multiple counties.
1. Fresh Practice with Yantai Apples
Fresh holds intellectual property rights for multiple apple varieties, including “Yanxiangyu.” By adopting a licensed cultivation approach to limit the scale of cultivation, the company ensures that participants at every stage can achieve sustained profits.
2.Fresh Practice with Dandong Strawberries
Fresh plans to launch the “Five-Color Strawberry Project,” selecting five townships in Dandong City. Each township will cultivate a single variety on a limited area of 1,000 mu (approximately 66.7 hectares). By coordinating with fruit merchants to purchase at premium prices, the initiative aims to crack down on unauthorized growers and seedling producers in other regions.
3. Fresh Practice to Pinggu Peaches
As a renowned Geographical Indication (GI) product, Pinggu peaches have struggled to clearly define their representative varieties. By introducing high-quality peach varieties from Japan and the Zhengzhou Fruit Research Institute, and adopting a model that grants cultivation rights exclusively to the Pinggu region, Fresh has successfully licensed four new varieties, thereby redefining the standards and characteristics of Pinggu peaches.
4. Fresh Practice to Zhuji Grapes
In collaboration with local enterprises, Fresh has authorized the cultivation of new grape varieties across 200 mu (approximately 13.3 hectares) in Fengqiao Town. By integrating cultural tourism with new variety cultivation and picking activities, the project has already become profitable.
5. Fresh Practice with Korla Pears
Fresh has authorized the Korla Fragrant Pear Group to cultivate the new pear variety “Zhongli 291,” which is resistant to fire blight, with the aim of gradually replacing some of the existing fragrant pear varieties with this new variety.
